Tell us your date, your set size, and your colors. No payment, no commitment — just the details so we can talk properly.

Your Consultation Call

Within 3 days of inquiry

A short call to go over colors, scents, quantities, and delivery. This is where we get everything exactly right.

III

Reserve Your Date

After the call

A 50% deposit locks in your date on our calendar. Non-refundable within 30 days of your event.

IV

We Pour Your Set

3–4 weeks before your date

Hand poured in small batches, in your colors, with photos sent to you along the way.

V

Final Payment

2 weeks before your date

The remaining balance is due before we ship or deliver. Nothing leaves our hands until it's settled.
