How It Works

Tell Us About Them

Fill out our order form — who they were, what you remember, and what their home felt like. This shapes everything that follows.

We Talk It Through

A short call to go over your vessel, choose a scent, and answer any questions before anything is shipped or paid.

III

Send Your Vessel

Pack it carefully and ship it to us. We'll confirm the moment it arrives safely, with photos.

IV

We Pour By Hand

Cleaned, prepped, wicked, and poured in small batches — then left to cure overnight.

V

Your Story Card

We write a card to tuck inside, drawn from what you told us about them. Yours to keep forever.

Home Again

Wrapped, boxed, and shipped back to you — vessel and all, with tracking every step.

Our ancestors give us so much — strength, memories, a sense of home. And grief is so much harder when we can't hold onto those feelings the way we want to.

Tell me about them. What did their home feel like? What made them laugh? Do you remember what they smelled like — a perfume, a soap, something they cooked? Any memory, big or small, helps me bring them a little closer through scent.

But if the unthinkable happens and your vessel breaks in our care, Heirloom Insurance means we cover the cost of having the pieces turned into memorial jewelry, so nothing is lost entirely.
