Shipping policy

All Heirloom and Altar orders are hand poured to order, so shipping timelines start from your consultation call, not the moment you check out.

 

Heirloom: once we've received your vessel, your candle is home again within 3 weeks. We'll email photos the moment your piece arrives safely, and again before it ships home.

 

Altar: sets ship or are hand delivered the week of your event. Local delivery is available within 40 miles of Idaho Falls, Idaho ($15-$40 depending on distance); shipping and pickup are also available. Every order includes tracking and signature confirmation.

 

Candlelight, Reliquary, and Vanity Box: these ship within 3-5 business days and arrive with standard tracked shipping.
